Usually taught over three days – (initially five with Aura Soma and Kaliana content) due to this COVID life fracture – little personal AHA!s as experiential’s will happen. Whilst you have heard me say often enough – ‘it is NOT about the moves’ – now we focus there.
The Reconnecting Revision lead up will have given you background.
I assume that your usual skills in clinic and in life will support you
As will the tools shared in the Gentling Trauma Relief package and others.
What I have done before – as a 3 day event.
I have attempted to get all ‘on the page’ very differently as we have gone through The Pregnancy and The Sleep and The Pain projects – so the multi modality – esp the need for nutrients – is foremost for you all. And working in ourselves – it is time to pair/buddy up!
