6 ‘T’s’

CHALLENGE – I am not able to fault this model. See if you can.
QUESTION – What creates illness? (What IS illness? What function does it serve?)
ANSWER – Hopefully to instigate change.

All states of imbalance/disease have at least one, usually many of these that hold the life force hostage.
Til we release them. STOP recreating body overwork.

Temptation – to believe another knows more than you about your being you
Tension – this crates a stress that may get ever more insistent
Temperature – body needs to stay within what it was designed to work in
Torpor – paralysis – too cold, too obstructed (Damp in East Asian medial terms), too fearful, too STUCK
Trauma – Blocked flows STUCK stays put until we move through it, clearing its residue, what it meant to us.
Toxins – We can create these. We must remove the metabolic wastes and the emotional suppressive festering charges, plus the non life affirming extras we come into contact with.

Asking different questions
How do we get ‘sick’?
What is the process? A fall from . . .

Wellness . . . . . . Alignment . . . . Balance

Did you forget?

The physical body – the vehicle you have to be here to play this game of life through – has the limits of the Third Dimension to deal with.
To stay alive, to not be conquered, to thrive not only survive – vibrant vitality is needed. What nibbles this away?
Unnecessarily having to squander resources dealing with troubles, invaders, anything that gets in the way of life.
If you allow the body to function as designed: giving it what is needed, when it is needed (See the Life Recipe) – little should ‘go wrong’.
When it does – back out of what you created – DISHARMONY.

Always your choice. Stay within limits to life conducting itself to keep invaders out and inner harmony. Nutrients flow in to where they are needed and metabolic wastes flow out. In a state of harmony – you do not notice that you HAVE a body. It all works.
When it start to complain – you may have forgotten to take time for YOU in the business of doing stuff.

When you listen to inner prompts and instinctively correct yourself, small changes may make all the difference needed.
Waiting for things to get better- continually to do what created the problem may have been working till you juggled one too many . . . or got older, more distressed the balance shifted somehow.

LIKELY
Too many balls in the air.
Expecting too much of ourselves
Trying to catch up (with what?)
Eventually all may fall down.
This may have taken a lifetime – or a few months.

Are the whispers from within were getting louder?

Over the decades of working with people when all else had failed them, and in desperation they found me I realised that almost all comes down to lack of nutrients and circulation not working as designed. BOTH these factors need improving. To alter what the body has been doing – it needs different conditions – and better fueling. That is the Nourishing YOU online course.

It may come as a surprise when you start getting better – climbing out of that hole – that there is so much more of you .
BUT usually we have to get to the bottom first.

It may feel as though all was conspiring.
BUT – we could stop and take stock, becoming more aware/conscious

In recent times, we have not been in a state of self determination – as we thought we had – choice and this is likely to have messed with your ability to be who I thought as . . With the Life Recipe messed with – see here – we may need to pay attention

How does a well body run?
Opposite to the dictates all agreed tacitly or forced to.
Homeostasis- inner resources on autopilot, automatically adjusting all that happens – according to the plans on the blueprint.
I it was made well, looked after as it ature,d and now kept within the limits it can work well – you would not be here.

Work out what happened – and back out of it.
I have considerable resources to allow you to see yourself as more than flesh and bones and blood – teh phycial anatomy s not on show here.
The working so fteh electrics – teh energy bodie s- are whereteh real changes nee dto happen – an dteh body (tah=ngibe) wil then heal itself.

Why does the being we inhabit have imbalances?
First we must look at how a well body works – see 5 Flows.

Anything that sos the homeostatic process will eventually show up in the physical

I remind you of the 7 ‘L’s . .

The physical body needs nourishment – and the structure aligned, so all flows.
Correct nutrients chosen, consumed, seen by the cells after being processed and wastes removed appropriately seems usually to revolve around what goes in the mouth – there is so much more to this.
